Pilot Terms of Service
These pilot terms explain the rules for using Aida Property Care during the private ten-owner launch.
Private pilot noticeThis is the operating policy for Aida's supervised pilot. Company details and jurisdiction-specific language must be confirmed by Dominican Republic counsel before a broad public launch.
The pilot service
Aida coordinates property information, guest concierge requests, approved service work, and owner payments. The pilot is supervised by a human operator and features may change as we learn.
Aida is an AI-assisted service and can make mistakes. Urgent safety, medical, fire, police, gas, or electrical emergencies must be reported to the appropriate emergency service first.
Your account and properties
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and authenticator, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may only add properties you own or are authorised to manage.
You control monthly care budgets and repair approval limits. A budget is not permission for Aida to make an unapproved charge.
Membership and service charges
The monthly membership price and renewal terms are shown in PayPal before approval. Repair or service work is quoted and charged separately. Aida never receives or stores your card number.
You may request cancellation through Aida support. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is confirmed; it does not undo charges or completed work already authorised.
Guest concierge and third parties
Guest recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Restaurants and other third parties control availability, pricing, quality, and final confirmation. A request is not confirmed until Aida displays an explicit confirmation returned from the provider or a human coordinator.
Pilot limits
The service is provided on a limited pilot basis. We may pause a feature to protect a customer, guest, property, professional, or payment. We will explain material interruptions and help recover safely.
