Pilot Privacy Notice

This notice describes the limited information Aida uses to operate the private pilot.

Private pilot noticeThis is the operating policy for Aida's supervised pilot. Company details and jurisdiction-specific language must be confirmed by Dominican Republic counsel before a broad public launch.

Information we use

Aida uses account and contact information, property details, budgets, guest-stay access periods, service records, payment status references, security events, and support conversations needed to provide the service.

Aida stores opaque PayPal identifiers and payment status—not card numbers, CVV, or PayPal passwords.

Identity review

The pilot records only identity-review status, timestamps, attempts, and a non-sensitive review reference. Do not upload identity documents, selfies, document numbers, dates of birth, or bank account numbers into Aida. Manual identity review is not automated facial verification.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, operate properties and guest links, coordinate authorised work, process and reconcile payments, prevent abuse, support customers, and maintain an audit trail.

Providers

The pilot uses managed cloud hosting, Supabase authentication and database services, PayPal payments, and ElevenLabs for specifically requested restaurant calls. Each provider receives only the information needed for its task.

Choices and retention

You may ask for access, correction, export, or deletion through the support contact in your signed-in account. Some records may be retained where needed for security, payment reconciliation, disputes, or legal obligations.
